View Full Version : Reactive trigger response
I was just looking at the feature list for the amg and the esp trigger frame (just updated at www.kingmanusa.com). It said both had "Reactive trigger response" . I was wondering does anyone know if this is an actual response trigger? I'm pretty sure it isn't a pneumatic one, but I though it might be an electric response, or it might just be a marketing buzzword.

it means the gun fires on both the trigger pull and on release.

"Reactive trigger response"? That sounds kinda confusing... :)
Reactive trigger - Trigger is similar to the RT Automag or Model 98
Response trigger - One shot on pull, one shot on release
If a response trigger fires on pull and release, why does tippmann call their model 98 upgrade a response trigger? It doesn't fire on pull and release, it pushes back after you pull the trigger. I know that Air Gun Design calls this same technology (the return pressure on the trigger) a reactive trigger. Whatever you want to call it, I hope that the esp has the trigger return, not a dual shot on a pull and release.

so the esp trigger frame makes it fire on both pull and return.
that is cool. can you just buy the trigger frame and not the hole gun? how much ?
Thanks,

Yes you can buy just the trigger frames...well i'm pretty sure you can. Check out kingman's web site or wait for someone else to respond here and you should have a price to go by. I also think they make different models which have different features. But none that I know of have a pneumatic reactive trigger.

How much do the tippman ones cost (I know they won't work) I'm just looking at price range.

Venom ----
so for $140 I would get a trigger that would shoot both on the pull and release. Could I switch it over so It just fired on the pull? and is that all the options the bottom line one costs?
That sounds awesome, mabye in a year or two.or Christmas :) but prolly not.

My opinion? I like semi, once pull, one ball, one release, no ball. :)
I agree with Hsuve, I hope they keep it to one shot per trigger pull/release. I would much rather have a reactive trigger.
