R.E.D. valve... Worth it???

How does the R.E.D. valve work. Give me some pros/cons.

I can't vouch for the red valve, but I can vouch for akalmps valve. Splat attack has a deal with em so you can get the tornado valve and lightning bolt for $118 installed (if you're local).
