I have a problem I can't raise my pressure on my gun. I screw in the velocity adjuster far as it could go in and shoot properly. The high as I could get it is a around 230 fps. If I screw the velocity adjuster in any more the gun won't shoot properly because it hit s the hammer or whatever its called. What could be the problem I know I had plenty of Co2 and I cant hear no leaks. Do you think its the asa. Help please:confused:

Do the balls just roll through the barrel ?
A poor paint to barrel match will produce exactly what your talking about.
Example; running Blaze w/ a .689 insert for my Freak, can't chrono over 250.
Try a better mathcing paint.
Also what type of 'coker & what reg. ?

you can also try putting some new springs in it for high velocity

hey, I ahd the same problem last week. I was using CO2 as well. I went to a tech and he said that the CO2 was overpressurized since it was really hot like 85-90*. Because of this valve couldn't grasp enough air (I think), and that is why the velocity is so low. As you did with yours, I also turned up my velocity but it wouldn't work properly just like yours. So it was probably because the CO2 was too overpressurized. To tell you the truth, it sounds like BS to me, but I will play later on when it gets colder to see if it's true.

wait ...did you put your bolt in upside down....

also try raising the pressure in you in line reg...

if that doesn't work....then try new springs like some before suggested....springs do wear out....

(and the hammer hit's the Jamb nut that holds the valve....is what I think you were trying to say ...)

I know its not the balls. And I 'm pretty sure its not the Co2. I think it might be the inline reg. And to answer stobooy01 question I have a 2k1 cocker with a stock front block, soon to change. But I'm goin to try some of your guys suggestions hopefuly I'll be able to find a chrono somewhere before next weekend. Thanx for info

It was the springs the spring that was in it was a 1/4 of an inch shorter than the new one I replaced it with.

I garauntee 99.99% that if you turn up your inline reg a little bit your problem will be fixed.
