LOL @ this becoming a sticky. I don't get why everyone is so crazy about having a sticky thread. First off, why would they make a poll a sticky? Second, you spelled the word "poll" wrong in the title fo the thread. :eyes:

Oh yeah, sooo small that any time you shoot left the massive box on the side of your gun gets ripped to pieces....

It's pretty simple, they are big, clunky, make your marker heavier, make your profile larger because of how hard it is to hold your gun correctly with the warp, they are unreliable, and utterly useless.

please respond when you know what your talking about

I agree with him.... They are pointless, if you know how to hold your marker, they do nothing for your profile. Ask bourne ;) ...

I have held and used them and the balance is terrible. Balance is very important for me and the warp just throws all that out the window...

Ever wonder why you don't see a lot of pro players using them? :o ...

paintballer42o
01-16-2004, 05:40 PM
well i dont see him in the pro league;)
but some of what he said was true, but he said they are utterly useless and unreliable...i dont think hes ever tried one. I finally tried one and i think theyre great. If you know how to use one, your gun will be very compact.

Actually venom, Bob Long has one on one of his timmies. They aren't used by pros because AGD doesn't sponsor any pros, let alone pro teams. But yea, where the hell are the angels? I voted for the Xmag. Reliable, fast, light, and seeexxxxyyyyyyyy.

paintballer42o,
warps were very popular in my area until everyone realized how homosexual they are. I have tried many guns with warps, and I didn't like any of them. If you think it will help your profile, you need to work on profiling. You shouldn't be getting hit on the hopper in the first place.

Back to the poll....
Of those, I say timmy. But I would take a DM4 over any of them.

warps DO help your profile, they make ur gun compact, and you lean to your side so your whole hopper isnt stickin out, only ur gun. Warps help you compact your size, so you can get even tighter into your bunker. Warps let your hopper stay to the side, and you can get used to the balace, but it takes a while.
Anyways, i would take a DM4 over an angel

Do you have or use a warp? ...

We obviously have a difference of a opinion. If you can't play tight with out a warp, you are either lazy or have NO skillz. I can play with a hopper on top of my gun that doesn't ever come out of the bunker when shooting... The warp will not directly help your profile, it's all about the person using it...

Doing snap shooting drills with bourne, I can tell you the profile was not that small and I think he caught one in the power feed....

ive got hit on the power feed too...no i dont have one, but i use my friends and ive tested a mag w/ one. But anyway, we have our opinions. Thats what the world is made of...but still. I would take an excalibur for a gun.
Oh and im a small kid...so its kinda hard to keep my bulking impulse hidden;)

X-mag hands down. Like stated before a nice X-Mag with warp feed...so small and has a nice feel to it.

something nasty maybe you should speak if you own one? I own a warp, I do admit it does take some time getting used to but in a couple of days starts to feel natural to you. You say they don't lower your profile? Well your dead wrong there. How doesn't it lower your profile? The whole hopper is behind a bunker instead of out into the air.

Then you say there not reliable....coming from someone who doesn't own a warp feed you shouldn't be talking about that.

Then you said there huge and heavy? They add a couple ounces to your gun and if you have trouble with that then that is truely pathetic.

PbSkater490,
As stated before, I have tested many different markers with warps. As stated before, if you shoot left it serves no purpose unless you hold your gun "gangsta" style to the side, and that is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and why do people see your hopper when you are shooting anyway? Roll your hopper in, problem solved. I know they are unreliable because my brother fixes and mods them for people.
And why should I own one before I talk? That would be spending $80 just to tell other people not to waste their money.

UTL, is there any way you can move my vote from timmy to DM4? Please? :D

i put gz Timmy because what are most of the pro and armature teams using them well a least the good one with exception to dynasty and cartel.
cartel rocks

Sam#27

The reason no pro and AM teams are using Xmags is AGD does not sponsor. Instead of speanding money on sponsorships they spend it on research and development.

Well gee while your at it, add an angel speed on there.

Personally ive seen the videos of the DM4 and im not sayin its a bad gun, but its not worth the price. $1,250:eek:

Yep. Sorry for the extended vacation. I was out of town, and unfortunetly had no computer where I was staying. However, I'm back, school's back, and so I will be able to spend all my time procrastinating on here again. :)

I missed you Penny. ;)

An angel a4 is smaller than the speed, but I would go with the flow and say xmag despite the clunky 45 grip.

Woogie12
01-19-2004, 08:38 AM
Clunky .45 grip? All of those guns up there with the exception of the speed have .45 grips.

The marker you're most comfortable with.

Making a list like that is fairly...uninformed.
