equation barrels

I am thinking of buying an equation barrel. Do you buy each extension separately, or together? If you buy them separately, what extensions do you need to buy for the barrel to work

You don't even need an extension if you don't want it. You can have an adapter and the muzzle together and have a small barrel, 6 1/4 in. But if you want a full barrel any extension made by them will go with any adapter and muzzle made by them.
