how big is your hpa tank or your co2 tank? and you are supposed to screw in the lpr until there is a leak and then back it out unitl the leak is gone. that is the best way to figure out y u don't get so much shots off on your tank

step one: forget how the manual tells you to adjust the regs and listen to me :D
step two: adjust your HPR to 215-220 PSI and fire off a bunch of shots to make sure it stays there. if it doesn't adjust accordingly. de gass the marker
Step three: back out the adjustment screw on your lpr untill it is flush with the LPR body, gas up the marker.
ok so now you have your HPR set to 215 and you LPR set to 0.....good
Step four: now turn the lpr screw in 1/4 turn and see if the marker shoots, no? try another 1/4 turn....etc etc untill it starts shooting.
ok now that your marker is shooting again, load up with good quality paint that matches your barrel and step up to the chrono.
Step five: fire a shot over it. your velocity is likely quite low, this is ok.....screw in the LPR screw 1/4 turn and chrono again, still low? try another 1/4 turn etc etc untill you get to your desired velocity. once you get close you may need to use very small turns to fine tune the velocity.
step six: fire 10 or 15 shots over the chrono to make sure the regs stay were you set them and your speed stays were you want it
step seven : go play

just back the set screw out untill right before it starts sticking out of the LPR....really all you are doing is shutting off your lpr so you can re-adjust it from scratch.

The manual is a good way to get started, but the way Lucky stated is the best.

I didn't see decent effiency from my BKO until I added a Vapor Valve and an AKA Mitey Max. My efficieny about doubled with those upgrades.

true, but you should be getting more than 2 hoppers from a 68/3k fill. even with a bone stock BKO
