2 Splatmaster Questions

I've been looking into buying a semi-auto pistol lately, and I really like the Splatmaster. But since this marker is practically prehistoric, I can't find too much info on it. Here we go.

#1- Is this gun semi-auto?

#2- How do you load it?/ how does it feed?

http://splatmaster.s5.com/custom.html shows that it is spring fed, but how do you get the paint into the gun?

Splatmasters are pump markers. You push the little plunger on the back of the marker in to cock it. The paint is held in a little 10 round feed tube in the tube above the barrel..... I hope that made sense.

ah so you have to push in the plunger after every shot? What makes the paint feed into the marker though? The 10 round feed tubes aren't spring loaded so I don't get it.

you have to roll the paint forward to get it to feed.

You actually have to roll the paint back to get the ball into the breech.

how bout a splatmatic? um, unlike other paintball pistols this uses a hopper... but it's only $50 new.

another drawback besides the hopper is they take .40 cal paintballs instead of .68. and where does one find .40 cal paintballs? on their own site or from www.bargainpaintball.com (cheaper there). they're supposedly making a .68 cal marker, though.

but if you really really want a paintball pistol-type marker, it's best to save up & get an armotech (or whatever they're called now) zeus. the splatmatic is something to mess around with in the backyard.

I've heard about the zeus, but now I can't find any armotech reviews on the site. I've noticed it's been harder to find stuff on this site in the past couple of weeks.
