Hi,

I was recently at a paintball field in the Poconos and the weather was at around 50 degrees F. My Phantom was un-reliable. Sometimes the ball would go far and awesome but most it would drop out right in front of you. So I was never sure if the gun would fire right or just drop the ball and give me position away. It was a good thing I had my backup gun, a Tippmann with an expansion chamber.

I hear many many great reviews about the Phantom, but does anyone have the same problem as me? I havent played much in warm weather much to know.

Do you use Back bottle set up? is it stock class???

anyway, with the back botttle set up, you suck alot of liquid.

did you just get the gun?? It takes it a while to break in, just like anyonther high end gun you would get.

spend a couple of bucks to get a bottomline kit if you run bulk CO2, or a VA for Stock class.

I used a vertical bottle feed. I dont think that the C02 had time to expand =|

My setup is gravity feed and vertical gas. I just bought the bun less then a month ago.

I do have a stock and 12 gram adapter.

Well as always c02 never works well in Cold weather....Always rember that. c02 sucks with bad weather. that's the advantages of HPA. as for incosistency. I have never had any problems with my phantom due to c02. It has always run very well. Private message me if ya got any more questions!:blah:
