Adrenaline Impulse Question

Hey,
I am going to be getting an adrenaline impulse, i have a few questions though. I will be getting a LPR and a vertical regulator. What settings should i put the regulators on to maximize my shots per tank fill. Also will it matter if i get a Crossfire preset high pressure tank or low pressure tank? Id like to get a high pressure so i can use it on my other gun until i get my adrenaline, but will it affect the performance or does it not matter because i have 2 regulators. Can someone who knows what they are talking about answer my question. Thanks :)

Also what Drop forward do you suggest for the adrenaline impulse. Will all of them fit?? i was thinking about the NW 5 inch spoon. Id like to get some feedback thanks :)

a 2 inch microdrop would be the best because too long and high of a drop increases height greatly

i woudl suggest a check-it uni-mount, they are great and allow you to snap shoot and shoulder your tank better, also they don't make your gun taller. www.paintballgateway has the uni-mounts
