Should I get a ram air or a normal low pressure if I plan to get an electronic grip frame?

Does the Field piranha not have a lp chamber?? I would look into getting a AKALMP Mighty max which increases air capacity by at least 50% and is great on low pressure.

If you do get the Mitey-Max, go with the Compact Mitey-Max. The LPC only Mitey-Max is... well, a waste of money, in my opinion... Doesn't do anything the stock LPC doesn't. :|

I would say to get a valve first, then a regulator.

jdw_56: I'm wondering the same thing.

It's a cheaper investment, and fixes low velocity problems if you have any. They're also essential to running LP. Though I've been hearing people saying they could go down to 500PSI or so with stock equipment, my experience was that I couldn't drop the operating pressure under 700PSI... Also, I believe I've heard places that regulators shouldn't be turned too high up. If you do, it can over pressure, and you'll hear a small leak coming out the exhaust port of the regulator. It's also pretty easy to blow the regulator seat as well, which has happened to me once so far, but it ain't that bad. :)

Ooops ... should have posted here instead of new thread:finger:
ok here go's
I just got in the Ram air low pressure chamber for my VTL G2
But it is really tight ... i had to force it in:atten:
do you think it would have a bad affect?..
hope not
By the way .. What exactly does the Ram Air thingy do?
and is it OK to put a few drops of oil in the little hole (when you unscrew the top part) and dry fire to oil the insides?

Low pressure chambers help during rapid fire.
my ram air chamber has blasts of frost come out when i shoot . Also my gun chops just about every ball i shoot. Is there a coorilation here? I always go during winter months too. I heard an expansion chamber might do it, or an auto feed. Someone please help!

Your problem is probably because you play in the winter using c02..bad idea, which MIGHT be causing the chopping problems. really the only way to fix it properly in the winter is buying getting a nitrogen tank which wont freeze up like c02.
