Welp, here is little ol me walking into my paintshop, expecting to get a new barrel, (jj ceramic). When i ask the guy there about the barrel, his little eyes lit up and he found a ceramic for me. Only it did NOT look like any of the ceramics i've seen. For one thing the porting was totally different, and it started ALOT sooner than on the original. I asked the guy whats up and he said it was a "brand spankin new" model. I looked at the price tag, 70 yonkers... ouchies...
HAve ne of you heard of a new model? Also this porting thing concerns me because I wanted to go LP, but the porting may start too soon. (it started about 1/3 the way up.)
I might just ask the guy to order the older version....
