dye stick grips or 32* gel grips

is dye stick grips better or 32* gel grips better.

and can i just attach either one on to my spyder compact java or do i need to have a new frame.

any info would be cool!

i have stickies and they are cool, i like them lots. but if the 32* had had the gels out elier i would have got them. but really i dont think there is a dif.

I'd go with the 32° Gels, if I could find them at my local store, they only carry the Dye stickies, I think the Gel grips are cheaper.

HEre in Canada, those Stickies are like $50 plus tax, grr.
