Bolt on the back. The low pressure system comes with this. If you just get it separate then it still is good because you can close up the side of the gun protecting it from dirt and noticably quieting down your marker. As to my knowledge you can't have a rear velocity adjuster and a rear bolt setup. If so (which seems impossible to me) then it isn't worth it. Who gives a darn where you adjust the velocity, it doesn't create a big change in preformance.

Here's a product we haven't had to plug for a long time:

The Full Boar Shadow Rear Cocking system. Has a non-cycling rearcocking bolt with a built in TOURNEY LEGAL RVA, about $50-60 if you can find one. A fine product indeed. I considered getting one, but countypaintball got them in right after I got my RVA and Big Shot so I begged off.

With that said, http://www.countypaintball.com is probably you're best bet to find one.
