You've got the idea of walking down. It's just moving your index and middle finger to pull the trigger.

I can't help you on raking though. I think it has something to do with moving your finger down the trigger over bumps or something.:eyes:

that's what it is - moving your finger up & down on the trigger. that's what i do, sort of. i "tickle" the bottom of the trigger, that small part that curves out a little. so i'm "raking" just the bottom half.

yeah thats what you do plus the marker really likes it when you i " 'tickle' the bottom of the trigger, that small part that curves out a little."

there was a thread on "how do you pull the trigger" somewhere, the general pb talk forum i think. may as well have this thread closed & go look for that one. if it hasn't been closed... the mods have been dealing their own brand of street justice lately... too many pointless threads.

it;s when a trigger has lots of bumps on the surface and you can kind of rub against it going up and down, it really only works on electronic triggers

Im loving the little drawing lol:P .

Yeah, walking the trigger is using ur middle and index fingers to pull the trigger, basically switching the pulling finger every shot.
Raking, like everyone said, is when you just move your finger up and down the trigger and hitting the groves on it.
Then theres fanning the trigger, usually assosciated with noobs, is when you stiffen your fingers and just kind of twitch your wrist or forearm. It usually does give you a high rate of fire, but most people will tell you only noobs do it.
And lastly, theres just pulling the trigger with on finger. Simple enough.

You dont necessarily have to twich, but it does fire alot faster. You're right, when fanning, its trigger pulling is moslty in the elbow and wrist, and the finger stays stiff.
