How does the member status thing work and what do the paintballs next to your name mean??? Do I get frequent flyer miles wih every post?? Or atleast a free slurpee???

Well I just have it so up to 100 posts you are a newbie, 100-300 you are a novice, 300-600 amateur, 600-1000 a professional, and 1000+ you are a paintball god. Every time you go up a status you get another paintball :)

Then how come some people with three paintballs are senior members instead of nivce members?

Yeah I had noticed that as well and thats what confused me...

i suppose they are probably given seniority due to some way in which they are linked to the site

It updates the painballs, but it won't update the user status!

Well the intention is not crap. It is that people who have been here longer can be relied on more, but maybe you are right...

Sorry.. didn't mean to say that people with high scores got there by crap.. but you can see what i mean. I try to answer questions in a few if not one quality post. I don't like to drag it out in like 50 posts. Then again, i can't really think of another way to handle the situation. If i do, i'll let you know.
