Hi,
First time posting.
I just bought a Dragunfly Mech and am having a problem.
It is not fully cocking every time I pull the trigger. Sometimes it will fire fine for 10 shots then I;ll pull the trigger and it'll not recock. I raised the psi up a little above 250 but still does it. Is this a timing issue? and if so how do I adjust it
Thanks

dragun really did make a mistake when designin the dragunfly.. because of the sear always restin on the trigger.. when u first pull the trigger, the hammer is released.. then when u keep pullin it back, the 3 way is activated and then the back block stars movin back.. with most cocker triggers the sear after havin the weight of the hammer off of it, would spring back up and be ready for the hammer to catch again.. because its not completely restin on the trigger... but with the dragunflys frame, when u pull the trigger the sear just stays down and when u release it.. the back block starts coming back before the sear is up far enough to catch the hammer...

if that makes any sense.. what you really gotta do to completly fix this problem would be to go and buy a hinge..

but with a hinge, the spring in it that returns the trigger isnt strong enough to push the timming rod in the three way.. so you would then have to replace the spring in the hinge to make it return... which isnt that big of a problem..

now, thats the only way i have found to completely elliminate the problem.. there may be others who have fixed it with the stock trigger.. if so please post here but i really like how the stock one looks, i just dont like how the sear always rests on the trigger

are you sure your not short stroking your trigger pulls?
here are a few points
-make sure your cocking rod is skrewd on all the way
-lube your bolt
-you my need to re-adjust your ram pressure (done so with an allen in the top LPR)

and dont run CO2

short stroking is when you dont pull the trigger far enough back to complete the cycle of the gun, so no it isnt short stroking.. the hammer just isnt catchin on the sear because of the reasons i mentioned above..

the frame on the dragunfly does not autotrigger.. or, it doesnt relie on two springs, one to move the sear up, and another to move it to the right, or away from the trigger..

because of the trigger being dependent on the sear to move it forward.. when u pull the trigger the sear goes down to release the hammer..

then the 3 way is activated and the back block moves..

the sear is still all the way down..

now when releasing the trigger, the steps go in reverse

the 3 way is reactivated bringin the back block back...

the sear starts movin up but isnt high enough to catch the hammer.. and then the back block is completely brought back and theres still a little ways until the sear is brought all the way up.. like a milimeter or so..

now, unless you have the buffest finger in the world.. youll have to pull the trigger faster then the back block moves in order for the hammer to catch on the sear.. you would have to have your finger off the trigger before the back block has moved far enough forward..

in other words.. the trigger sucks and i cant really see a way to fix it..

you would have to do some serious timming to get this problem to be semi fixed.. and you would have to get the speed of the pull down right.. and having the trigger being as strong as it is, its difficult..

my dragunfly lcd was working great till just recently... i played with the dweel and now its chopping balls... dunno why. its a fast gun tho... REALLY fast... stock barrel is decent... but upgrade it soon...

FYI: do not just guy any ole barrel... take it to a shop and test fit it... the guns come with spyder barrel threads... but NOT ALL SPYDER BARRELS WILL WORK.
