i love the feel of the front grip on the m98, but need and x chamber. this would spoil the perfect feel. so my question is if there is a asa adaptor that just screws into where the steel braided hose/macro line would go? an if so where could i get one? it would be cool the get the low pressure chamber look of the pl kit and keep my front grip:| .

It's not an Expansion chamber, but you can get a Palmer Stabilizer which should do the same thing probably even better than an expansion chamber that will go into your asa. The problem is, it's something like 5" long.

A guy i went ballin with on sunday had a reg stickin out of the valve, but it was modified and stus, he actually removed his front grip, and made a vertical feed, etc, its very modified, but you could come up with somehting lie that,or you could cut the grip and put if over a reg or x chamber somehow

yes you can do it

you must mill some of the body and put a shocktech minicocker vertical adapter in it and put the reg or x-chamber in it

if you would like a black minicocker vertical adapter let me know
i have one

Check this out.

I'm wondering if you can use this:

(a vertical adapter i found at the paintballkingdom.com store (http://www.goemerchant7.com/?Merchant=paintballkingdom))

Basically, take the VA above and plug it directly into the CVX valve (where the steel braid usually goes in front of the trigger on a stock 98) and screw your x-chamber into the VA. The x-chamber would be in the spot where the LP kit's air chamber would go.

If this works, you'd be able to keep your stock front grip and also be able to use an x-chamber.

What do you guys think?

It might work, however it would be one long *** foregrip.

thanx trauma. those are the adaptors on the mini and sfl cockers right. and about the metric discussion, why do spyders f**k up all of the simple things. like the bottom of their grips. why don't they have it the standard 2 hole?? it's gud to be different but not when its inconveinient.:eyes: kewl thanks guys. this marks the end of this thread:atten:
