Hi, i have a 2k4 BKO with the following ups:
-Macdev sonic lpr and gladiator hpr
-tornado valve
and spmod

i was installingmy sp modded ram and seemed to fit it in like its supposed to, but before i put it in i lubed it and worked in the lube i noticed the ram stuck in a spot and and when i air it up it wont shoot all the way itll go forward a little bit but then tries to come back and gets stuck in that spot never goes all the way forward and never comes back, everything is lubed and when i put the stock ram in it shoots fine. lpr set right and hpr running at about 220-240. whats my problem here and what can i do to fix it:(

Sounds like your LPR, I know I see where it says ....Lpr set right. I have thought that too.....

If your Ram is not Physically blocked then its the pressure thats getting to it is not high enough to cycle. Or its too high and bleeding off shutting down your little party.

There are a couple of things that can cause this.

First make sure the bolts that go through the body into the side of the Ram assembly are not over tightened. You only need to screw these in finger tight and then go a half turn with a allen wrench. If they are over tightened it will cause the ram to stick because the body is collapsed and catches the hammer head.

The next possible thing is pretty rare but none the less has happened to us at a few times. Install the bolts into the side of the ram assembly as listed above. Once you have that done try moving the bolt back and forth. If you feel a stick remove the ram and pull on the hammer. Does the hammer assembly move freely? If the hammer assembly moves freely but its sticks when in the marker you have a under cut body that is catching the side of the hammer head.

If you have any further questions give me a shout.
