usually i reall like them but one thing got me mad that i admit is equally my fault, but its still annoying

when i was ordering my cocker my dad shipped it and billed it to different adresses, i told him that i didnt think it would work because ive read the warning on their page that says u have to make it the same for some stupid reason. When i got back from school the next day i tried to track it with the order number from the confirmation page, and i couldnt find it...i remembered to check the email that they send and low and behold...they didnt send it because the adresses were the same...im mad at
1) my dad for not listening
2) me for not checkint the confirmation email which told me that it didnt ship until after school the next day
3)actionvillage for saying that the order was successfull on the confirmation page and then sending me an email that told me it got messed up

(i just wanted to tell somebody...this may get deleted)

1) why would he ever bill it to a different address anyway?

2) Just re-order it how hard can it be?

3) The AVI order confirmed thing is just notifying you that the order got through okay, and as long as you didn't screw around on the payment/in stock things it will ship out to you soon.

Im wondering whats up because when my dad ordered my cocker for me at Christmas last year, he shipped it to his office, to hide it. It went through fine. Maybe it was just me though.

They're a great store if you order something in stock. If its not in stocked...well...your screwed. Any problems I've heard from them are when products are outta stock.

yeah i did reorder it (it will be here by thursday) im just annoyed that it gave me a confirmation without telling me that it wasnt going to be shipped...he billed and shipped to different places because he ships to his office (theres always someone there to sign for it) and billed to home because that just makes sense...whatever problem is over

Yeah, they do have good prices on 'cockers right now but if they're out of stock then you're out of luck. They barely ever restock either. Tell us how you like your new gun when it gets to your house:)

no they dont, it takes like one week extra if theyre out of stock.

Most of the stuff ive ordered from them recently was out of stock, and it all came in less than 2 weeks..
