I am trying to figure out how to mount my sons 14oz Co2 backwards

his arms are to short to get good aim with it the way it is and and i am running out of ideas

i thought about a custom drop that moved the tank level with the forgrip/x-chamber and just reverse the part where the tank mounts

any ideas please let me know

***mods if this thread is in the wrong spot please move it

You could always just get a Unimount and turn the ASA backwards. That should work. Hmmmmm....

you want a "remote line" kit, then he can have the tank on his back or something.;)

What type of gun does he have?

I actually did this on my spyder xtra and 2k3 cocker to see if it felt good.

I took my drop forward. And put it on normally.

Then stuck the asa on backwards so it faced forwards.

The drop enabled it to clear the reg.

Except on the cocker I had to also mount the drop backwards.

You could always just get a longer drop:idea:

My dad mounted a 9oz under the barrel of his spyder somehow. I can have him e-mail you his design, but I think the backwards ASA is the easiest way to go.

The easiest way would be just to mount the asa backwards on the drop

I've used a shocktech drop backwards before.. Just hook it all up normal and flip it around.. Works fine, and it keeps the tank low enough.. With a unimount you would likely hit a forgrip or something.
