vague parts question

In some photos of Timmys, I have noticed a sort of adapter piece that seperates the regulator from the gun itself. The spacing part is usually black, and the regulator is usually a Mac Dev reg. I was wondering that the puspose of this "spacing" piece was, and where I can get one online. Also, there is a part that looks like a longer verson af the ligh pressure reg that comes with the Timmy. Where can I get one of those online?

The spacer is just there to lengthen the reg out. The macDev is a pretty short reg, and some people like something longer so they can get a good gri[p. You can also mount a guage on most ASA adapters (that's what the spacer is called). The longer HP reg is for people using the Lp mod. It's actually not a reg but a larger air chamber, allowing your gun to operate at even lower pressures (170psi) and as well, it will give you more shots per fill.
