ok, what about this, you install a vertical co2 bottle but run it through a reg that is where the volumizer owuld be, it would call for a modified block but i think it owuld work so that you could run a cheap a/s and a reg with it being compact also.

this idea could work on some guns other than stacktube blow backs

hmm.. sounds like a good idea but where would the grip be?on the tank?

doesn't the air have to go through the reg first? how would that work? run a line inside the va from the air source, into the reg, then u-turn into the valve?

Yup

you dont need a grip... you have never seen a vertically mounted tank before?

yeah there would be some pretty interesting drill cuts, but also i'm thinking i would need some external hose just to make it easier:eyes:

you cant use an a/s tank vertically it defeats the purpose of it

still i think it would be pretty interesting

It'd be interesting to see, but a lot of un-needed work to do to complete it though.

You can already do this with plenty of guns. Any gun with a front-mount LPR (Timmy, Impulse, and non-DM4 Trixes off hand) could do this if you used a nitro tank that were adjustable. Otherwise, you could use SP's Tapeworm idea and do it on about anything.

I don't see why you'd want to, but you could.

dude, the purpose of the a/s is to have the gas outlet above the liquid co2 so it is less likely to suck it up and only take air out.

noob (j/k simple mistake)

edit; I had the timmy in mind, but this would mostly be for spyder users.

it'd probably be like this for it to work without external lines but this requires a completely diff reg.

What practical purpose would there be? Little if any. Unless you wanted another way to have a dual reg all you would do is cut out the LPC, bad for speed in most cases.

the purpose is a way of having an extremely compact marker with a reg, cuz most of the time a person can only runa a v/a w/o a reg. so this wya it's an anti siphon and it's regulated, optimal preformance with co2.

also the anti siphon tubes i don't see as very usefull because of the way tanks are angled and htey would have to be half empty for it to work, but just my oppinion

Tanks are filled 60% gas, 40% liquid, if they are filled correctly.
