board question

ok ive decided to get an 03 vision rat, but my question is if i get the 03 vision rat would i be able to upgrade my board to the WAS board, or something along those lines in the future, or do they even have n e thing to do with each other

that may sound dumb, but im new to impys

WAS boards are compatible will ALL new impies from what i've read....

you can upgrade to the WAS board. They are two different boards so you can only use either one. I'd suggest you get the normal cricket board and wait for the WAS board so you dont waste your money on the vision system because WAS comes with a better system of vision.

so it wouldnt be good to get the vision directly from the manufacturer pre-installed on my marker if im planning on upgrading to the WAS board?

nonono WAS board HAS vision itself. Therefore it'd be a waste of money if you get the smart parts vision and WAS vision. Those 2 vision systems are not compatible. You could only use one so having two would be a waste.

just buy the equalizer board, way better than SP vision and/or criquet boards...

If you get non vision, make sure the gun is vision ready so you will be able to install the eye from the WAS board. Or do all imps come vision ready? I dunno im new to imps:dunce2:

i have no idea about the normal vision, but a rat w/ WAS will cost you at least $825 (stage1 rat + WAS board)
or you could shell out $900 to preorder a rat w/ WAS on it...dunno about those specs tho.

yes

Your best bet would be to order a non vision imp and just buy a SP vision system off of ebay because everyone will be wanting to get rid of thiers once they get a WAS. But I would still reccomend a WAS board.

do all boards come with a vision system, and if so ill just get a non-vision cricket rat and rock that for a while untill i find a goooooood board at a good price
