I read in the paper today about a woman being killed by a astray CO2 Container... how common are pb deaths? Is this the most common form of it?

paintball deaths are NOT common at all. I think that is the second death for a tank to "explode". Most injures are caused by people not wearing masks.

There's the meat of it, but there are already like 3 other threads about this. As for your question, a paintball-related injury is uncommon, but a paintball-related injury not including a jack*** is nearly unheard of.
