poll, personal experiance, best barrel

i'm looking at these barrels, narrowed it down some, so vote for what you think is the best look at my sig for gun btw i read all the stickies and searched and did my own research, just want your opinion as of now

That's an odd poll because the CP and teardrop are in the $40 range whereas the other two are much more expensive. Ultralite would get my vote as well.

Well, the ultralite is the BEST barrel out of those, but I'd get the CP 1 Piece. It's just a better value.

I chose the UL because it is better than the others in my opinion.

But if you are looking for a good value, look no further than the CP 1 piece.

I would look into the CP 2 piece if i were you.

Do you think that the Driver barrel by Evil would be a good idea to put on the poll? It got good reviews and it isn't too expensive.

I'd go with the CP 1pc. Definitely best bang for your buck out of those. If you got the money though, go UL.

CP 1 piece is what I would personally use if I had the choice.
Didn't like Dye barrels when I first used them, but they are growing on me.

WEll, the UL is around $85 at most online places while the CP 1 piece is only $45. There isn't really a huge performance leap from CP to UL but if you want it, go ahead and get it.

All UL's only come in black. However you can buy the back and front seperately at pbgear and get different colors but it will cost you more $. It's $55 for a back and $45 for a front so you pay $100 instead of $85.

Ultra light cause its...ultra light. I just wish i could spend my money on a good barrel like that.

Ul is best overall
Although i really do like my teardrop, cheaper then the CP 1 piece (up here in canada at least) and performs very excellent, only problem i have with it is that its tearing up my straight shot, luckily i dont chop.

well since i have a red gun i'm going for the red one but it's 100 bucks at pbgear and 110 at dye's website. may get teardrop casue may want a better hopper, so its UL+reloader
or teardrop+halo tsa led/qloader

i guess i don't really need that fast a feeder since i don't want to waste paint, i was seriously considering a phantom pump for a while, still am, you can see how much i think a good shot is worth. BUT i already bought my piranaha so...
i just like the qloader for the looks i quess, probabaly won't shoot anywhere as fast as 30bps, i doubt even 15bps but i guess it wouldn't do any harm to have a cool looking loader. so yeah there's my story...

I highly reccomend the Ul over the Teardrop.

I don't think the TSA is that much better than a Reloader. Neither is force-fed, so neither will feed more than 13 BPS.

The Reloader feeds at 12.5 BPS, so you should probably just get that. What does the TSA do? It has to be less than 13.

the TSA feeds just as fast i think and it spins a different way depending how teh hopper is tilted, but this is a barrel forum. i'm pretty sure that i want a UL but can't find a red one under 100. and what bore size will be good, i'm thinking .688

.689 is a really nice bore size. If it were me, I would try to get as close to that as possible because all paint I use is that size. Do Ul's come in .690? If they do then that's what I would get. It's better to have a barrel that's too big than too small.

I would just get the reloader. They have been proven to feed at 12.5 BPS and they are less expensive than the TSA.

You have to order anything other than .688 from Dye directly unless some site offers that option that I don't know of.
