I have a leak. I can't seem to find it. I tried the tank. It holds the pressure going through the reg and the inline reg. I can't hear it out of the gauge ports. The hoses are on the nipples tight. It lost 3000psi in about 1 1/2 hours. Any suggestions.

Is it coming from your marker, or your tank?

Sorry. I have eliminated my tank and inline for the leak. They are fine. It's somewhere in the marker itself. I tightened up one of the nipples but it's still leaking. Not quite as bad though. I only lost 1000psi in an hour instead of 3000 psi. It's just really mind boggling because I can't hear it.

Yeah, until you can figure out where it's coming from, there isnt a whole lot you can do. Is any gas coming down your barrel?

No. I can't hear where it's from either. I am just looking to see if anyone has had the same kinda problems. That or something to try. I will be replacing my cupseal, and a few o rings. They are all in good condition when I took my marker apart. I can't figure it out so far. I have let an Ironman look at it. He shoots the things and fixes them in his shop. With his tech, himself, and myself, we can't figure it out. I just don't want to replace the whole internals of the thing, you know?

I have done some more work on it. It was coming down the barrel. I changed the cupseal. It didn't work. I changed the front o-ring on the hammer. It didn't work. I changed the two o-rings on the reg housing. It didn't work. I left it with the shop and they are going to check the sleeve o-rings. I don't really have time or the patience to take it apart for the fifth time in two days.
It's either your valve pin o-ring or your valve seat. That's if its coming out of the barrel.

If it's coming down the barrel it is not the valve pin o-ring. The poppet isnt making a seal with the cup seal. Make sure the valve spring is seated properly (I assume it is, but hey everything is worth a shot), the seal is good and your HP pressure is high enough.

We have gone through it with a fine tooth comb. We have checked all of the accessable o-rings. The last two to check are on the sleeve. It has nothing to do with my valve. We ent through and changed all of the o-rings. It's not my poppet either. Everything else in the marker is tip top condition. I will keep you updated.
You're sure its from down the barrel? Its not coming from the gripframe? I've heard some wierd things about a dirty solenoid causing a leak in the gripframe... I dunno... I'm grabbing at straws here.

I know it is coming from that area. I have had my gripframe off and heard nothing. When I take my bolt out, it becomes louder. We changed the two o-rings on the hammer. I changed the o-ring on the valve pin. I changed the cup seal. It is probably the sleeve o-rings. Byron will be doing it for me at M.R. It is there right now.
Hopefully it is the sleeve o-rings cause It doesn't look like it could be anything else.

I looks like it was the sleeve o-rings. I played tonite and it seemed to work. I have a test on it rightnow. After eliminating everything else, I don't know what else it could've been.

Well Happy it was the sleeve itself. There was a small hole in the sleeve. It was inside the indent for the set screw that holds it in the body. The air was leaking around the o-ring on the poppet and through the hole. I gave you a new sleeve at no charge.
