"read the sticky' icon?

Like the report icon, shouldnt we have a "read the sticky" icon so people can stop asking or people dont have to wast time posting?

So instead of posting, the person who posted the asked question just gets several PMs stating "regarding this post..bla bla blah READ THE STICKYs" sounds like an idea, cept that the person would be receiving a lot of PMs then, and Teufs posting would drastically slow down.

I know the report button is integrated into vB, but I don't think there's any feature like that, and it'd have to be coded-- may be more work than its worth.

Depending on how much coding it would take would depend on if its worth it or not.
Plus some people just instinctively say "check the stickies" even though some articles of information are not listed there, which could create confusion and bewilderment on the person who posted the topic:P
