side arms.....

I am considering to get myself a PT Extreme but I want to talk to some people who use it specifically as a side arm. I am a paintball sniper and i would like to have a semi auto by my side incase i get f-ed over (mind you it never happens :) ). I would like all people who have a side arm (pt extreme/enforcer, pgp, or other hand gunish) and use it specifically as a side arm to post how you feel about your side arm, maybe post some stories of it saving your *** or if you regret getting the thing. I would also like to know what your primary marker is as well as what type of player you are.

i have never used them before in a game, but i have shot them and i don't think they would do much good, thats just my 7 cents
