there are lots of things you can get. the first thing is a bottom line. much better, lets you aim better with the tank at the bottom instead of the back mount. second is a GOOD barrel. i recommend armson pro-series. its only 55 bucks at www.888paintball.com they shoot good with it. then lastly, the ACI velocity adjustable venturi bolt for it. you can get this for 40 bucks at www.skanline.com with all these mods, you are golden

First off the ACI Maverick is the same as PMI's Trracer pump. If you get a Maverick or Trracer, make sure it is the deluxe model. This will save you alot of trouble concerning velocity adjustment, it's like $5 more. You could even get the ACI Hornet, which is just an undercocking model of the Maverick. All of these guns take Maverick/Trracer barrels. Replacing the grip frame with an APP 45 frame, allows bottomline conversions. Both 32 Degrees and Smart Parts make barrels for this gun. Also mounting a regulator in the rear can make it function as a rear velocity adjuster... very handy! e-mail me with Q's, my Maverick is quite tricked out and I can probably help you!

I have one of the old PMI trracers which is identical to this gun. They are good guns but a little loud with the stock. I have an 18" barrel which works well but only with small bore paint. You should get this gun if your into pumps as well as the venturi adjustable bolt, a bottomline (The original CO2 position makes it imposible to aim with a mask on) and they are nice with a shoulder stock thing that fits on to the back of your Co2.
