I have a ? about the stock bolt couldn't you just soak ur bolt so that it swells and then sand it down so it fits perfect or will it eventually shrink back to its old size?

Delrin doesnt swell... period.
it has been proven many times on the forums...
considering people go out and dye their bolts (including me) by soaking them in hot water for long periods of time with NO PROBLEMS whatsoever.
Delrin swelling is all a big myth ;)

mR. nAR - They only way to really stop that is by getting the Vapor Bolt to completely fix it but, if you have some extra cash you could go for the Halo B which isn't affected by blowback problems because of the strong tension it has on the ball stack.

if you are considering a halo, get an evo 2 and a vapor bolt.
that way your problem will be fixed and you will at least have a reliable, jam free, non double feeding, lighter, higher capacity hopper.
say what you want in response

Soyah thx for all that help and all.And another thing, y do are paintball shops antibushmaster, pizzizzles me off. there are at least 6 stores in my area and not a single one has any parts for a bushie. sad : (

Ummm, Blowback and kick are totally different and unrelated problems.

Hear hear!
If you aren't having feeding problems* then blowback is not an issue for you laddie-buck! If your Bushy is having bad kick, you need to reduce your LPR pressure, that's what would be causing the kick. Tune your HPR pressure down/up to 200psi. From there adjust your lpr down until it's shooting about where you want.
Bushmaster's should have next to no kick at all. No exceptions.
* if you are getting blowback and you want a cheap fix, put o-rings on your stock bolt. That will help a bit. If you wish to know how then just do a forum search and I'm sure you'll get a few hits.

-Capt Yeah, if you are going to get the Vapor Bolt because of blowback problems, then you might as well try to make one yourself before you buy the Vapor Bolt, you have nothing to lose.
