side arms (cont)...

I am considering to get myself a PT Extreme but I want to talk to some people who use it specifically as a side arm (or whenever). I am a paintball sniper and i would like to have a semi auto by my side incase i get f-ed over (mind you it never happens :D ). I would like all people who have a side arm (pt extreme/enforcer, pgp, or other hand gunish) and use it specifically as a side arm to post how you feel about your side arm, maybe post some stories of it saving your butt or if you regret getting the thing. I would also like to know what your primary marker is as well as what type of player you are.

I used to own a pgp, but sold it becuse My Minimag never goes down. the pgp is nice, but it is heavy and was just dead weight when I played so I stopped carrying it. Unless your marker breaks down alot, I would say dont waste your money. Just bring more paint with you and get in the habit of filling your hopper before it is completely empty so that you are never caught without a ball in the chamber.

at the state fair, they had a paintball thing, basically it was speedball, 4 on 4, grab the flag without getting shot and you get a free game (heh I played like 6 times on 10$, 3 free games ;)) Anyways they used PT Extremes. I found the gun to be very light, even with a 9oz tank on it. It seemed accurate, small arena tho. It got me thinking about getting one.

But I only played 6 games with it, so.. dunno how durable it is.
