I'm looking for a new barrel for my 98c and i have been reading reviews on both of them and they sound like good barrels. I want one with the best accuracy at longer distances. i shoot all star paint.

I have a teardrop on my 98, and I love it. I'd recommend it to anyone.
I have also heard good things about the lapco.
Help cut down on teuf's posting, read the stickies at the top of each forum.

I would say Bigshot. It's really pointless to try and muffle a 98c. They are loud to begin with, and no matter what you do, they will be loud enough for someone to hear. They are also FAR more picky on paint than a Bigshot is and don't shoot through breaks worth a damn. Why get a barrel that is less accurate, less efficient, of lower quality, more pickey, can't shoot through breaks, and made by an evil company? My suggestion: Don't.
I also reccomend the CP and the J&J as they are nice barrels in the same price range.

I'd go for the lapco. Smart Parts has poor quality control, so you have a much better chance of getting a dud. The lapco is a super nice barrel too, very efficient, good looking, and a great company.
