Shootpaint is the cheapest I found for the 04 bko's. Out of stock currently.

You will be paying $300 - $350 for a 04 bko.

read your manual then go out and play with your new BKO first, after that you can decide what upgrades are most important to you. Don't just start upgrading right off the bat, find out what works best for you and your style.

your first upgrade you would look at most likely would be a new inline reg like a CP Grip Reg or a CheckIt Powerstation
