Which barrel should I buy?

A freak, don't spend to much cash on low end guns.

:crazy: High end guns are rediculously expensive. What else besides the freak? I don't need that bore size thingy... or is the freak the best regardlesssss.............?

Even if you spend a lot of money for the total freak, you could still buy it for a high end gun in the future.. You would just have to buy a back piece w/ the right threading..then you could use all the inserts and the tips w/ both backpieces.

Do you want a high end barrel (65$ and up) or low end?

For low end i would say:

CP
Lapco
J&J

High end i would say:

Dye

( i like the SS and ultralite best)

Just about any barrel will be the same if the paint matches it which is why the freak is one of the best. You could buy a handfull of other barrels or just get one freak.
I dont think thundercats are that low end. THey have the same operation as a mag so they are in that category even though not as easy to customize.

:( The freak is $200!! Argh! I saw a LAPCO for $47... something. Whats the best, cheapest barrel? I'm poor so... and what's a good place to buy?

The TOTAL freak is 200$.. it comes w/ a front piece, back piece, and 8 inserts.

You could get a back piece and front piece and 1 insert for probably 119$.

I say you should go w/ a Lapco, CP, or J&J to start off.

im usin a lapco big shot on my gun and i love it, i would go with that if your short on cash or even if your not because it performs just as well (if not better) than "high end" barrels . . . if you shoot medium paint get the big shot, small paint get the auto spirit. . .
