actionvillage.com/pbgear.com a credable site?

I just ordered my first gun and a reloader from actionvillage.com/pbgear.com and I was just wondering if these are credable sites? Anyone ever had problems with them? Anyone ever had success with them? I usually dont buy anything online but my stuff was so much cheaper and since it was over $100 shipping is free.

Very nice site.I haven't had any problems with anything..well one, they fixed it though..they sent me a VL Bow instead of my battle swab..I called and told them, they sent my swab right away, no cost; even free shipping..I love pbgear.com..:D I have heard some bad about it..But my experiences with them are all good ones ;)

I had a bit of a triffle with them....they had a part backordered for months before I finally got it. It was not acceptable, although I am sure they were not entirely the ones to blame.

Other than that, they have been great.

Just make sure that its in stock, if not than you wont see it for a while.

I've ordered twice from them and I had items back ordered but they came in w/in a week. The cust service is super if it was going to be too long they were going to let me adjust my order. Only thing I've seen is my buddy got the wrong gun sent to him but they were quick to fix it.

i ordered a barrel and they shipped it out. almost right away. of course it spent 5 weeks traveling from place to place, and then was delivered to the wrong address. but if you are a patient person and don't mind looking for things then be my guess. but i would recommend finding a different site.

I order over 1000 dollars + of products from them a month (a lot of paint too) and have never had a problem. I am quite pleased with their service.

Yeah, because you know when there are shipping problems and you're not at fault, it can't possibly be UPS screwing up.

I ordered my marker, tank, my barrel, my mask, and marker case from them with no problems. The barrel and marker case wer back ordered, but I received them a week later. Very good customer service, and prompt delivery. :tup:
