I have been shot by a paintball gun at 1 foot away....

STORY: We were between games and we were choosing new sides and then this guy next to me with a pirahna picked the gun up by the trigger (with no barrel plug or safety on) and the gun discharged and nailed me in the chest. It knocked the wind out of me and I realized that I could have been killed or seriously injured. That really pi**ed me off and I think he should've stopped playing with that guy right before he hurt someone else. He changed CO2 tanks and it leaked and he lost all of his 9 oz., which was the only one he had left so we left after 1 hour of play....

WE PLAYED OUT IN SOME GUYS WOODS (WITH PERMISSION) SO THAT IS WHY WE LEFT.

I STILL OWE HIM ONE TOO :-)

I shot myself in the foot right before a toruney started that I was at lol. I wiped if of like 1 sec before the bell lol.

turned around the ball stop on my powerfeed so that I could shoot blanks to degass my gun. Then I forgot about it and ran around for half the next game shooting blanks. LOL I couldn't figure out how my aim suddenly got so bad!

i got some used camo pants at the flea market.... i figured i didnt need a belt when i was playing, and i made a run to bunker someone and then my pants fell down, tripped up both my legs, and i of course curled around my cocker to prevent it from being injured.... i then got shot multiple times while trying to get up from the ground...

I once pulled the sweetest move. Made it all the way to the far end of the field without firing a shot. Turn on the other guys and started wailing on my trigger. Unfortunately, the timmy really is a piece of crap gun if you dont turn it on. Without the power switch in the on position, it just sucks. So, during the 7 seconds it takes for the gun to be ready after turning it on, I had already been in a bad situation for far too long and I got bunkered right as my gun finished booting up.

The time I ran into a bunker and knocked it over also kinda sucked

When i first got my mag i didnt put the wire nubben thing in the barrel so i broke quite a few balls.

yea i had a bad tendancy to bunker people with my safety on, until i took it out =) There was alsot the occasion firing a ball into my plug or condom, which is messy

LoL Nick, that reminds i was playing a sup air game and wasnt fealing good so i gues i wasnt thinking. Well i shot my barrel plug out right before the start and shot it out agian after the game...i felt pretty stupid.

We were playing a game, and my whole team got out so it was 3 on 1... I decided to go out and take someone down with me, so i went to bunker this guy. Rand over and shot, but nothing came out (rand out of balls)

my whole team got out and it was 3 vs 1. I got one of em and was doin pretty good considering i was alone. Then as i was retreating from some (who turned out to be OUT OF AMMO!!!) i lost my shoe, went to get it and got it IN THE HOPPER (i hate that) by some other guy. did that suck or what?:pissed:

Playing an intense game, gun starts burbing so I figure I'm outta gas. I call myself out, and as I'm walking off the field, I realize I had turned off my ASA valve.:eek:

after completely feild striping my bolt on my phantom after a messy double pump, i forgot to check my velocity because i was running out of time before the next game started. I was goged after i tryed shooting someone and my ball bounce off of them. well my velocity adjuster is in my bolt and i had turned it all the way down. that person that shot me was 4 feet away, my velocity was soo low that it barely hit him and bounced off.

Most of the time we put our guns on safe and lay them in a wagon or trailer and not touch them before the next game, but that guy didn't put his gun in the wagon like the rest of us and ended up shooting me.

I went to chrono in, and as I got ready to raise my gun, the ref attending the chrono station said, "You might wanna put your CO2 tank on."

D'oh. I had left my tank back at the table I was setting up at.

So I went back and added my tank.

Came back to the chrono station feeling stupid, went to raise my gun again, fired, and all I heard was air.

I had forgotten to load my hopper.

I have NO clue where my head was that day. Talk about feeling like an idiot.

My dumb story is not so much about me,but about four other players that me and a few friends "befriended".The field I play at has the standard surrender and overshooting rules.That said,my 6th ever game of paintball (about 6 1/2 hours ago:) )I was in a house bunker with two friends,putting out cover fire.A group of 4 ecperienced players flanks us,and runs into our bunker,shooting us all at least 20 times at point blank range.We shot back for a split second,then proceeded to cower under the onslaught of paint.All the while,the players were telling us that we should surrender when shot.They shold have known that if they wanted us to not shoot them,they should have ordered our surrender,or stop shooting us.The ref,however,did not even notice us walking off the field,wearing our new camoflauge composed of piss yellow paint,and diablo blaze shells.


My other dumb story takes place during my second game ever.It was a game of 1 on 1 (my friend and I were the only ones in our group there at the time.Well,we got in a shoot out,and I got sick of the whole duck and cover thing,so I just stand outside of the bunker,shooting at him,he sat down outside of his bunker,and we just shot each other up.

My last dumb story is just looking out the side of my bunker to see if my opponent was still there/shooting at me.I pop my head out really quickly,just as he shoots off one round.I got hit in front of my right eye.

I was playing an assault the hill game and I started from the bottom. We were going up the hill and hadn't seen anyone yet. I see this guy on the other team and point and say there's one over there. I didn't bother to hide or anything because I figured he was out of range. Just after I pointed him out I get nailed in the thigh. I was out in like 1 minute (my quickest game) I guess this isn't real dumb, but I FELT pretty dumb.
