I just got my wonderful new Armson barrel and the threads are not QUITE right for my 98C. I might have one of the new barrels and old gun or a new gun and old barrel. At anyrate I had to slightly loosen the front two allens by the barrel threads and then screw in the barrel and retighten the allens.
Is this OK and is my gun going to shoot worth a sh?

Ugh, please do a search next time. Theres been more threads on the new threads :confuse: than i ever hope to see in my life.
But anyways, yes its ok. Just sand the threads down on the barrel with a drimmel or sumthing till it fits in nice and good.

Sorry about the non-search, my web was acting up all day, it took me 5 tries just to POST that thread, searching was like kicking myself in the , well, it was well-nigh impossible.
Thanks for the response and not bashing the hell out of me.
