hey, im think of buying a small little Brass Eagle pump gun to mess around with, how many shots can you get off of a 12 gram cartridge? thanks

well prob mybe 50 to a houndred you can get about 500 from a 9oz so take the 12 grams and do math and you got you answere

actually you can't just take the 9oz and then divide and do math like that. You have to consider in fact that chemistry goes like this more pressure equals less volume and more volume equals less pressure. When you fill a 20oz it has so much pressure you are getting just slightly less then that maybe like 19oz but im not sure i didn't do the math. It might just be a slight difference but still... i feel like being smart lol. Neways yea youd get around 50 shots but at the end you would get like horrible shots. ones that would go like 5 feet and stuff. My friend has 5 talons just for fooling around with, and they are fun in backyard. Id just like to see sum1 play xball with it though. HAHAHA but if they do good i would laugh even more.

You can get maybe 25-30 good shots off before the 12 gram bites it.

well it was in estimate i havent used my talon in a couple months its not like i use it as a sidearm on the speedball fields goin agianst angels that woulde be like bringin a knife to a gun fight

i have a samuri and my friend has a talon as a sidearm. i can get about 30 shots out of 12grams. the samuri isn't to big on air conservation.lol. but my friend could get about 45-60 shots on his talon if im not mistaking.

Dude the talon is not going to be his primary gun. He said hes just has it to fool around with. you spend like 15 dollars on one at ebay for a good price so why not buy one. We all have nice guns, the be is just something we fool around in the backyard with our friends. Its something your not worried about breaking since you don't pay much for it. I wouldn't go and toss my tippmann around. Even if its built like a rock you don't wanna take chances on a a gun thats over 100$. Thats alot of money so for the non serious fooling around you buy a horrible gun that is still usable and would work with your friends. Plus you could always have a tourny of 3 talons vs a semi... Hmm thats a good idea. Though obviously the semi would probably win, its still good fun.

I used to have a blade. I hade a stock hopper with the capacity of 50 paintballs. The hopper alamost alaways outlasted the co2.

haha, 40-60 shots off a talon. thats bull. a blade02 outshoots a talon by far, and it gets about 40-45 shots off a c02 cartridge. my old talon(that broke) used to get about 25-30 shots off of one.

well then i suppose we could say that the talon is not perfect and has a variety of how many shots it could get out of a 12 gram. Yours might get 25, i might get 45. If we kept this post open (im sure everybody has used a talon) than we could find out the average range, other than that i guess it depends on which one you decided to pick up at the store hoping its the better one.

With my Talon, all I did was tighten the cap as much as I could and (that closed the cO2 compartment) got like 65 shots.
