my mates looking to buy a nice marker, and we can only really use co2, he wants to spend around $500.
can anyone think of a suitable mechanical pnuematic marker for around that price range other than a coker? are there any? i can't think of any other mechanical pnuematic markers.
i'm trying to steer clear of electro pnuematic because of potential solenoid destruction, though i've never seen it happen myself i've heard co2 blows them, is that a myth or should he not get a elec-pnu?

An impulse would be nice.

^^ Like he said. The Impulse is built to handle CO2, so don't worry about that. As for mechs, look into 'Cockers and 'Mags.

Just as you know, only classic mags can use CO2, not RT's

A palmer blazer would be very nice ( thats what I'd get). An old shocker (pre 2003) would work well also tho.
