it depends if you want to put money into this gun and keep it or if you plan on moving up to a higher end gun. i would say its not worth it and would save for a new gun, but if you want to keep your gun and just a higher ROF out of it go for it, you wont get your money back when you try to sell though . . . i skipped the stage of upgraded my first gun (spyder shutter) and just saved my money than sold my shutter and used my money to get my new gun.

for how it "increase rof" I would say dont get it

with a fast finger and a trigger job oyu can achieve the same rof

The guy who said the R/T upgrade wasn't worth it and didn't increase your rate-of-fire obviously hasn't used one. It is the single best upgrade you can get on the M98 Custom. It's not that hard to install yourself, but if you have the money go ahead and order it already installed. It takes a little practice to learn how to tune in your rate of fire properly and find the sweet spot, but once you do..........look out! I would much rather spend the $70 on the R/T and not have the batteries to worry about, the worry about getting electronics wet, or the cost of electros.

Whatever. Then I guess you can outshoot a 12v revy? Because my RT does. Nothing keeps up with it short of an electro. (much to the dismay of my paintball fund)

Those contraptions are soooooooooooo ugly! I guess they perform though.
