ok, i dont kno where to post this since they are two different kinds of guns and have pretty much nothing in common. I told him to definatly get the BKO. and he thinks the A5 is alot better. i told him its just like the stock 98c w/ a revvy on it that doesn't take batteries. but he doesn't kno anything and thinks the only 2 guns worth buying r BE, tippmann, spyder. and he thinks a tippmann is the best b/c u can put a flatline on it.

Well, he may be mistaken, but maybe the A-5 is just the gun he wants? Depending on his situation, he might just want to stick with the A-5 or 98 Custom. BKO's are great guns, but it may not be what hes into.

The A-5 actually includes a vertical adaptor, closed-cocking (full bore equivilent), and field strips a lot faster. The RT is faster on average...so unless he's planning on playing tournaments, I'd get the A-5

Let him get what he wants. A-5 Is a good marker. So is the BKO. If you can get him to go to a proshop and fiddle around with both of them.

If he's just playing forest and rec ball, he has no reason to get a bko... some of my friends have gotten them and they're a lot more complex the A-5. If he just wants to be able to play, the A-5 would probably be better for him.
