it wont let me see any pictures..when i click the picture link it says

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/attachment.php on this server.

Do you have a firewall? That's probably the problem.

dont trust me i did once and i got some virus and lost all my files on time u have firewall and i c pictures fine the only time i cant is when im not logged in

Yeah I wouldn't turn it off. It looks like you just need to un-block Port 80. There should be an option somewhere in your firewall to unblock certain ports for certain programs.
