Seriously loc-tite is the best way. Its less than $2. Scrounge up some change and get a tube. Make sure its BLUE loctite. Take the set screws out, put a little dab on the screw, then put back in. I wouldnt reccommend it but you could probably use super glue.

blue loctite works best...just the right amount of hold you want..and its not permanent.

go to your local hardware store and ask for BLUE loctite, do not get red or green. It should only be like $1.59 for a small bottle and thats all you need. Once you get it home just put 1-2 small drops of it on the threads, in reality it will look like it really wont do anything because its below the threads but that is what you want. If you do put an access amount of it on just wipe a bit off, dont worry you wont do any damage to your BKO, just make sure you do this with the pins out of the marker then put them back in. After you are done getting the pins set back up let your marker sit for atleast an hour for the loctite to harden

I know I wouldnt do this, but you could try this. Just get some plasticine/playdough and put it in the hole, but thats gonna suck to clean out the threads. Probably a better idea would be to cut a CM off a Bic pen or something and put it in there and seal it with plasticine.

what does this tell you? To get loc-tit of course.

i just put some teflon tape around my screws... holds them in great and is not messy at all.
