i would like to know some trigger pulling techinques such as fanning raking walking and stroking please share some with me

Your link doesn't work. I have a spyder with a double trigger. I only hold the buttom one and use that to pull. I never let it go all the way so I can keep my pull short.

I usually just fan and walk... but Im really only posting because capncrunch stole my homemade avatar :pissed:

Get your trigger right on the button (stikies) and then put your two fingers that come after your thumb (don't know their names) on the trigger and move them back and forth rapidly one after the other, not the same time. That my friend is walking, sorry if I didn't explain it too well.
