LP mods?

Yah im lookin to go LP. I was thinking about getting an aka tornado, but im kinda short on cash from my vigi. Are there any other good valves out there that are a bit cheaper? Also, I heard that the aka gets damaged at high pressure. Is this true? Thanks for your help.

i use the taso turbo valve, and it works great

turbo valves, taso valves, magna valves, venom valves, they are all the same. They all go for around 20 dollars, and are great for low pressure.

ight man thanks. I just dont think i can shell out 60$ for a tornado valve at the moment. Maybe at some point, but not now.

There is a way you can modify your stock valve to make it higher flowing but you do have to be really careful and need a milling machine or something..

You can do some home-mods that won't cost you anything and will give you allmost the same performance:

1)Modify bolt
2)Drill out V/A
3)Polish Internals

those mods will help u in a lp setup, but wont give the same performane as a new valve. U need a new valve in order for the setup, cant run lp without a turbo valve. I wouldnt recomcned ****ing with ur valve, just spend the 20 bucks and get a new one. U need a turbo vavle u cant run lp without it, those other mods will just lower ur operating pressurea little more.

yah this weekend im going to polish my internals and drill out my Veticle. Then ill go to my pro shop and have them install a new valve 4 me. I really dont want to try and install the valve b/c i know i would f* it up
