Anyone go to the Battle of the Bulge in PA?

Ya, me and three others went, a little cold in the morning and evening, but great none the less.

I was a little beat up from running from the hordes of germans, but it was great non the less. There's not much you can do with 500 vs. 300. Can't wait for another Scenario.

This was our first time at skirmish and I was expecting the worst from reviews, but it wasn't that bad. The terrain was great; alot of different stuff to play through. The buildings were cool as well.

The paint was my biggest issue, but after hooking up with 13 other people, I only overpay $33 for a case of Draxxus paint instead of $68. O'well.

I do have to say there were a lot of cheaters, mostly 10-14 year olds. I hit so many of these kids and they'd keep going. I felt like beating their faces in with my boots.

I'd go back, but the drive is brutal from hartford. We're going to try StrategyPlus soon and see how those games go.

Attacking the castle and the stalemate was fun as hell though, good job to you guys on that. The paint was overpriced yes not to mention we got stuck with ZAP paint which broke like crazy in our DYE barrels :pissed:

Maybe I'll see you at D-Day in the summer!

Maybe this is just me, but I'd rather play for free with my friends at our own field, wherer we can make our own rules than pay a ton for paint that sucks at a field where you have to follow very uncool rules. But that's just me...

Thats true Der Kommandant but then again hard to get 600 people plus the great courses they have.

i went with 6 other people, we had a great time. i was a pfc on american platoon 3. that castle was a death trap at the end.

Skirmish is an awsome place to play at. I start working there as a ref tomorrow so maybe i'll see some of you guys at the world record game and D-Day.
