I went out today to fire "the one" for my second time. When I first went out to shoot, the balls wouldnt even come out of the barrel there was so little pressure. I messed with the Dwell and I got it to work. The Dwell was at 6ms from the factory. I set it to 12 ms and it seemed to fire ok.

What do other people have theirs set at? Whats a good ms to be at? How do you guys crono your guns, do you adjust the velocity with the screw in the reg or with the Dwell?

Also when I was shooting my gauge kept jumping all over. It would never stay in the same area just jump high or jump low when I would shoot 1 shot. Is it broken or something? isnt it ment to stay on 1 number and show you what psi ur shooting at? like 300 psi right?

Thanks for the info. this is my first real "high tech" marker so Im still ironing out some kinks.

Download the manual, set your lpr, then set your in-lin reg to adjust the fps... I set mine at 225-250 depending on what the field allows.. the manual is at http://lolmoh.pair.com/~dragun/manuel.pdf

It sounds more like you need to adjust your ram. Your dwell adjustment should be for fine tuning. The dwell adjust how long your switch is open, the more the dwell the more air you use per shoot. To adjust your ram Turn in until it starts to leak, then back off until it stops leaking, than a quarter turn more, ram is set. Once the ram is set, use you reg to adjust your fps and use your dwell to fine tune. I hope this helps, it took me a little while to figure this out myself.

Right..... the lpr is the adjustment for the ram... RTFM

The LPR is the part sticking out from under the barrel. The LPR is directly in front of the gauge and air ram... if you take of the CO2 or AIR, clear your marker, remove the barrel and look directly at the front of the marker you will see an allen screw in the end of the LPR (the LPR is NOT the inline regulator that you may use as the front handle or grip)

Setting the LPR
1. Tighten the lpr with the 3mm allen wrench supplied with your marker until the 3 way valve leaks.
2. Turn the LPR adjustment screw back out until the 3 way stops leaking.
3. Turn the LPR adjustment screw 1/4 turn further out and stop. The LPR is now set and the marker is ready to crono.
(from the manual)

You will adjust the FPS of the paintballs using the screw on the in-lin regulator (looks like the front handle) on the opposite side from the pressure gauge.
