I recently posted in a differant screenname before to post my opinion of this forums administration, and I was exactly right. I didn't get to post an example of why i was so upset because i got banned but now i have a new one. I was posting to complain about the poor treatment of members and was banned. My point is that i did it in an appropriate manner and did not use any profanities or saying anything offensive. I feel that the way this place treats people is supportive of facism. Under such dictatorships as hitler and hussain and musilini (cant spell) the people within the country were allowed no voice. Many times throughout history our men and women had to die to have the freedom of speech we have today, and now we're just going to throw it and many of our other rights away. As an american this really troubles me.

A) The American Constitution holds no weight here. You agree to a TOS when you join, and that's the Constitution.

B) Why don't you link to the thread that allegedly got you banned? Might help..

C) When I've had a problem with a mod, I've had no issues addressing it.

D) Coming back after being banned is a no-no!

"are u comparing the moderaters to communist??"

Technially, those dictators i listed one were not communists, they were facist.

Link doesnt work.

Best way to express your views is to do it without comparing the mods and admins to some of the worst tyrants in modern history.
You have your right to an opinion, but if the mods feel its in violation of the rules then they have every right to ban you, its all in the TOS.

"Best way to express your views is to do it without comparing the mods and admins to some of the worst tyrants in modern history."

Your probably right, using that comparison was probably an unnecesary extreme. I did that though because all of those dictators utilized limiting everyones freedom of speech so that no one would have a choice to think anything besides what they wanted them to. I felt that my last post was not something that should of got me banned because i did it following what i thought the rules were (no profanity or inappropriate content) the only rule i might of broken is that one of the rules says "....and any other such actions subject to Administrator/Moderator discretion." so in that case maybe they can ban you for anything because they want to control everything we say.

I kind of agree with him here, the mods are here to control what happens on these boards but I dont believe expressing an opinion is a bad thing. He didn't force anyone to follow it he left it open to intrepretation so technically I dont believe he broke any rules...but I guess that is up to the mods disgretion. But if the mods do have the power to control what we say it is kind of in a way like his given examples. So in fact he is correct but wrong at the same time...there is a line in which to know when to not say any more and where expressing an opinion is ok. I thought his post was factual and clear when I first read it. I dont think he should have been banned for it but that is my opinion, and I am not attacking anyone so like him I dont believe he should have been banned for expressing an opinion.

edit: he could have just as well cussed out the mods to get the same results, but he put it in a factual, honest opinion and that is what he believes.

Did you come to this conclusion before or after you posted a discussion about your genitals under the nickname demonic_spirit?

Oh I so second that Burn!

Isn't it funny how you pretend like we owe you a voice and rights when just a day ago you were spamming up our forums with tons of mindless junk. Congradulations sir, you are (or were rather) the biggest hypocrite on PBreview. Guys like you don't get rights, they get kicked to the curb like all the other trash.

I like how people think that the Bill of Rights attains to a privately owned forum.

If this forum were owned by the government and you didn't have to agree to the "Terms of Agreement," then the Bill of Rights would apply.

As for comparing us to totalitarian dictators, yes we, I will be the first to agree that we do limit your "freedom of speech" (that Andrew gives you on this forum).
