I don't know if its a edition 1 or 2 though. I can tell it's a soveirgn(again sp?) by the back end setup and the front reg. I think it's either made by palmer, proteam (don't laugh) or oh what the hell, i don't know who made it! i just know(think) it's a soveirn(ahhhhhh! sp?) by the setup.

Smart parts doesnt make Sovereigns.

Its a European company. I cant think of the name, but Im wanting to say that its Arrow-Precision. Well whatever, they inhabit the same building as Belsales Performance if someone else can remember the name.
