What can I use to make the outter shell of a paintball? Should I cut paintballs in half to melt the skin to make a large one? Is there certain ingrediants to make my own? Any help on how to make a larger paintball would be great.

don't even try to make one. companies that actually make paintballs have really expensive capsulation machines. i guess you want to make "bazooka" ammo or something so just use a water balloon if you really want to do it.

stick two fruit rollups together and inject pudding into them. now you have the world's tastiest paintball :)

why do you need it? Are you actually gonna make one? Its a lot more complicated than you think.

I agree, it would be much easier to by the paintballs. If you are trying to make a bazzoka paintball. you've got to make card board shells then stuff paintballs in it, it's as simple as that.

Making a bigger projectile for a "bazooka" isn't the best idea. THink about it, let's say it's twice as big, meaning twice the mass. Now accelerate it to 300fps, OUCH!
Make it big enough and it would be like getting kicked in the chest when it hits you.

if u could get a paintzooka to shoot 300fps, let me kno...
the fastest i've ever heard of one going is around 150-175...
the companies make the paint in sterile environments(part of hte reason y they cost so damn much). the machines are expensive as hell, and its the same sort of thing they use with certain pills(after all, RPS was a pharmaceutical company before PMI started investing in them). the shell is made of the gelatin vitaminE caps, and some plastic(depending on paint), and the filling is detergent and veggie oil.

My point is you DON'T want a big projectile going 300fps, too dangerous. They probably only go 150fps for safety reasons.
Getting hit in the throat with that much mass going at speed could probably kill you under the right conditions.

a big object going over 200mph would probably cleave ur head off if it was solid...
the reason y they dont go that fast is that its too big of an object to make go that fast...especially if u wanna be able to propel it with a limited air source(nitro tank or 20oz tank)...i mean...most of 'em are just butchered spyders after all...

They should seriously consider flavoring paintballs... so when you get a mask shot you dont taste moldy armpit fish all day.

no they should fill it up with curdled(sp?) milk. So when you get hit you call yourself out immediatly, because the smell would make you throw up =)

Ive got green apple scented zaps, my brother crushed some and hung it from the mirror of his car. They dont taste like green apple at all, its like those magic twist cool-aids, only this tastes pretty bitter, but still delicious. My favorite flavor of paint is vl eyeballs

the worst paintballs ive ever tasted/smelled are pmi premiums. You open the box.... and you get a rush of foot in your face. Open the bag... i almost passed out. Then i got some on my finger and licked it to see what it was like... o man that was a mistake.

no, ZAP is worst smelling paint I've ever smelled (smelt?) PMI premium is the second though. I thought it smelled more like some one pooped in the bag and baked it in an oven before they sold it to you.... but, now that I think of it, PMI may have smelled worse...ZAP smells more like dog breath while PMI was like what I described above... :yuck:

well, this one company sells these plastic shells that you can buy so you can make your own fill and glue the shells together.

no, a website makes shells at 68cal to make your own paintballs. I forgot the site though. The shells are made for the law enfocement so they can make there on pepperballs. Although, you can still use them for paintballs, lol.

sry, its like...u kno...
the stuff itself is powder, and the cans release a vapor that makes it all stingy and stuff...that's 'cause the powder gets wet...
my friend was at a shooting range with his dad, and his friend and his dad.
they found an expired package of the stuff in powder form, and they decided to mess around and put some on their arms and such...
then they dropped it, and they got it all over their faces...
it stung a bit, until some idiot took 'em to the bathroom and tried to wash it off with water... :rolleyes:
